Siphiwe Mhlambi was slapped with a letter of demand by Sars following his company African Skies Media’s alleged failure to pay more than R2.6 million tax debt.

City Press has seen the letter issued by the revenue collector this month detailing the measures that will be taken if the company does not enter a payment arrangement to settle R2 641 288.12 within 10 business days.
